Dear Christian,
I will like to call your notice to something important as directed by the
spirit. I’m sure you are aware that any product that is pirated or forged has a
severe punishment for the pirate by law, here on earth. If that is the case for
things in this world, how dare you try to pirate the establishment of God
Almighty? Because you know your pending sins UN-forgiven can’t let you pray in
the spirit with sincerity, then you decide to form one funny abracadabra to make people around believe you are speaking
in tongues. Dear, speaking in tongue is the evidence of being in the spirit by
the power of the Holy Ghost and not that being in the spirit comes after
speaking in tongue. So, you cannot form non-words by yourself without passing
through the stage of being in the spirit. Why?
Romans 8; 26-b says “…but the spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groaning which cannot be altered”. The word ‘groaning’ has a lot to it. You can’t be seeing things that will distract you and be groaning in your spirit; that’s where the idea of closing the eyes when praying came. If you say you are an expert at speaking in tongue and entering into the spirit realm in a glance without experiencing any grieve in your heart, are you better than Jesus who in Luke 22: 44, while praying, an angel had to appear for him to be strengthened because the evidence that he was groaning in agony in his spirit was that his sweat was like the great drops of blood.
My dear friend, it is not easy, but it is better not to fake the establishment of God, than to do it with your own knowledge and not the spirits intercession and then get God’s wrath as a reward.
1 Corinthians 14: 2; “For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men but unto God. For no man understandeth him: howbeit in his spirit he speaketh mysteries”. The word unknown does not mean you should forget the concept of speaking in tongues and then form words with your own tongue, but it means your word construction when the spirit has overwhelmed you will become supernatural because it will put the devil to confusion. If there is sin in your life, don’t expect the anointing of yesterday to take you to the spiritual realm. First, forsake that sin, instead of trying to speak in tongue out of your knowledge of pronunciation because such can’t move the devil an inch.
Enough of fake baptism by fire; get serious with your spiritual life and let the spirit intercede for you with an UN-uttered groaning. It is the lords doing and not a gift your pastor can offer.
